Treatment times vary depending on the area and desired results. As a guide, we generally say that the face will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes, and larger body areas will take 30 to 60 minutes.

Sensations of heat and tingling will typically subside soon after the procedure. The treated skin areas can sometimes become flushed or red in the hours after the procedure, and short-term sensations including tingling, swelling and tenderness may occur. These side effects tend to disappear after a few days to a couple of weeks.

As the ultrasound energy is delivered, you may feel tiny amounts of energy being deposited to precise depths, stimulating the collagen-building process. Comfort levels vary from person to person, but the sensation only lasts while the ultrasound energy is being delivered. With HIFU, there is no downtime.

Depending on the number of shots given and the condition of the treatment area, clients will often see some results immediately (as pictured here). Full HIFU results will take place over 2-3 months, as your body naturally regenerates collagen.

Individual results may differ. We recommend educating clients prior to the treatment that results will likely take 2-3 months to ensure any immediate difference will delight them.
