Place the applicator over the treatment area. MiCool-A creates a vacuum that sucks the area inside the applicator and against a cooling plate. This plate delivers selective cooling energy to the fat layer, crystallising approximately 20-25% of fat cells in the area. These fat cells will be flushed out of the patient’s system over a period of 3 months by their natural metabolic process.
Yes and no. The 20-25% of fat cells can never be recovered, however other fat cells can still swell and lead to weight gain. As such, this treatment removes stubborn fat and accelerates your weight loss journey but it is not a miracle pill. CryoSculpting should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and active lifestyle.
